Q: What drew you to join Concorde?
Samneang:
"I am inspired by the opportunity to connect data with tangible outcomes. Through Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I help ensure our projects meet community needs and maintain accountability. At Concorde, these tools are central to achieving impactful results for Cambodia."
Nathalie:
"For me, it was the chance to merge global standards with local realities. My French-Cambodian heritage helps me align international practices with Cambodia's unique challenges and opportunities."
Q: How do your roles complement each other?
Samneang:
"My focus is on analyzing data and evaluating project performance. By identifying gaps and providing actionable recommendations, I ensure our initiatives are efficient and results-driven."
Nathalie:
"While Samneang focuses on M&E, I concentrate on strategic planning and anticipating challenges. My experience volunteering at an NGO in Cambodia showed me the importance of designing projects that deliver real value to communities."
